Teal Vinger, ANP-C, was born and raised in Fairbanks so she is excited to give back to her community by providing local primary care. She loves to spend time with her family and traveling.
She graduated with her MSN from Frontier Nursing University and is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner with AANP. She has a BA in Biological sciences from UAF and a BSN from Jefferson College of Health Sciences (now Radford University). She has worked as a registered nurse locally for 10 years.

     Christopher M. Leccese is a certified Physician Associate. He has been with the practice four years now. He travels from his residence in Kentucky, two weeks every quarter to staff the clinic. He also enjoys doing telehealth medicine from his residence in the interim.

     He graduated from the Military Tri-Service Physician Associate Program in 1995. He served honorably in the United States Army for 22 years and retired in 2005. He spent four years as a combat medic, and five years as a nurse. He was then selected to the Army Physician Associate Program.

     He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas  in 1995, with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Associate Studies. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1997 from the University of Nebraska with a Masters in Family Medicine and a Master’s in Orthopedics. He also loves Adolescent Medicine. He has a certification to do CDL medical exams and does Sports Physicals, School Physicals, Work Clearances, and several minor surgical procedures.

    In his spare time; he enjoys coffee and the newspaper, playing the drums, ice hockey, and running dogs, and spoiling his wife and two cats.

Fairbanks-grown PA Ealum Howe graduated from West Valley High School and earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Following his undergraduate studies, he received a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program. In addition to his training in dermatology, Ealum has extensive experience in urgent care and primary care.

Ealum’s patients appreciate his kindness and compassion and enjoy his empathetic, patient-centered approach. He is thrilled to be providing medical dermatology care to his hometown community.

When he is not at work, Ealum enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, playing ultimate frisbee, curling, and traveling.”

Carrie Conley has been practicing since 2010. She completed her medical education at the University of Washington, School of Medicine, and obtained certification through the Medex Northwest Physician Assistant Program.
